I am available for consultation on issues pertaining to social media and online community management. I haveĀ 15 years of experience in the world of online communities as a user, moderator, and administrator, and have been working with social media for the past five.

The online communities I’ve managed range from those oriented toward tech, science, culture and local talk. I’ve worked with the Pluck and Gigya comment moderation tools. I’ve worked with forum software from Pluck, FirstClass, vBulletin, phpBB, and SMF. I’ve blogged with Blogspot, WordPress.com, and WordPress.org. I’ve also used expansive CMSes at Imaginova and About.com.
