I am a freelance writer and blogger based in Astoria, Queens. I currently am the writer and editor of OuterB, a blog about real estate and property issues in Queens, NY. I am a senior writer for Joey in Astoria, a blog about the communities of Astoria and Long Island City in Western Queens. I am a Contributing Writer for queens.about.com, where I contribute reviews and a Weekend Roundup of end-of-the-week happenings in Astoria/LIC. I also write and edit the blog and twice-monthly newsletter for the Hellgate CSA.
I have appeared on the Brian Lehrer Show, and have been interviewed by the NY Daily News, the Queens Courier, Columbia University, and the San Francisco Chronicle about my writing and community activism.
